Safety and Insurance
Golf is a very safe sport. However, it is very important for parents and children to understand the risks associated with golf and how to keep themselves safe on the golf course and practice facilities. There are many websites that provide golf safety information. Click below to view some tips about keeping safe on the golf course and practice facilities.

Junior golf club members are covered by insurance which they pay as part of their club membership. Registered MyGolf participants are covered for the period of the program they are enrolled in. Juniors who are not members of an affiliated golf club are not covered outside MyGolf Clinic term times. Click here for further information about Insurance for Golfers.
Junior membership fees at Nudgee are very competitive. Membership provides year long insurance at Nudgee and other clubs. Membership information can be found at

Supporting the Nudgee Futures Junior Program. Buy a number for $5 for a chance to WIN $400
The Nudgee Futures Committee have introduced a "number board" to help raise funds for the junior golf program.
The number board consists of 100 squares, each square contains a number which can be bought for $5 and your name will be printed on the square to confirm the sale. After the 100 squares have been sold, a random number is drawn with the winner receiving $400 and the remaining $100 going toward the junior golf program, you may buy more then 1 number. The number board is located in the pro shop and is open every day from 6:00am. Please assist by spreading the word and buying a number each week to help the junior program.
