The Club financial year runs from 1st October to 30th September. When your application form has been submitted to the office you will be sent an Invoice via Email. Your Membership will then become active upon full payment of Fees which will enable you to have access to log into the Member Golf Bookings Site. This will allow you to make Golf Bookings for Competition & Social games online and also view the latest Club News. Your application will be then formally approved at the next Board meeting and you will receive written confirmation of this in the mail or e-mail shortly thereafter.
For Members who join outside the beginning of the financial year (1st October) the Subscription component is calculated on a Pro Rata monthly basis and is payable along with the Levies and Insurance. From July 1 of each year the Pro Rata Membership Fees are payable along with 1 year subscriptions for the following year.
