Preference of roles will be given to those volunteering for 4-days.  It is anticipated that we will have a split shift roster, possibly along the lines of 6am – 12pm and 12pm – 6pm.

By submitting your registration to volunteer, you are agreeing;

  1. To being contacted by a representative of the Queensland PGA Championship Volunteer program for the purposes of confirming your volunteer role and roster for 2023.
  2. Undertake a volunteer emergency and safety briefing in person before the event or by reading and acknowledging the respective emergency and safety literature prior to acting in the capacity as a volunteer.
  3. Read and accept the PGA of Australia’s Privacy Policy available at:
  4. Abide by the terms and condition set out by the PGA of Australia to volunteer, including any license or reference checks as required

In return for your services, you will be provided:

  • Tournament Branded Volunteer Polo Shirt

  • 1 x any one-day pass to the Australian PGA Championship held at Royal Qld.
  • Invitation to play in an appreciation golf day at Nudgee Golf Club for those who volunteer for 2 or more days.

Once we have received all volunteer notifications, we will collate the information and arrange information and training seminars leading up to the event.  It is important to note that all volunteers will be required to read and sign out volunteer event policy around code of conduct, risk and safety and volunteer expectations.  Each volunteer will also be required to attend the pre event volunteer evening on TBC 2023 at the Nudgee Golf Club whereby final rosters and roles will be advised, as well as volunteer shirt presentation.

On behalf of the Nudgee Golf Club, we look forward to your valuable contribution and lifelong memory of Nudgee Golf Club hosting the QLD PGA Championship.

Yours sincerely,
